We maintain strategic relationships between producers and buyers, so we can provide you access to high quality commodities competitively priced.Last year, we have the opportunity to deal amounts that cross the 12,5 millions of metric tons of products.Our procedures are:1) buyer sends LOI and bcl to the seller;2) the seller proceeds with bank capabilities verification of the buyer;3) buyer sends ncnda to the seller;4) seller issues and sends the fco + draft contract to the buyer;5) buyer signs and sends back the fco+ draft contract to the seller;6) seller sends the final contract and the fpa to the to the buyer(dhl);7) buyer signs and sends the final contract and the fpa back to the seller(dhl);8) the buyer opens a non-operative lc and the seller proceeds with the proof of product;9) the bank of the seller presents to the bank of the buyer, a 2% non-operative pb to be activated against the lc issuing by the buyer;10) the bank of the seller receives the lc to be activated;11) shipments commence according to the contracts;12) the commissions will be paid 48 hours after the sellers receipt it, with the bank against the shipment documents.
