  • About us: My name is swati nigam and i work at tecpel and papier, two companies who import paper into the brazilian market. Papier has been in the market since 1979, initially selling paper bought in the domestic market to newspapers. Around 2000, we began importing paper rolls directly from norske skog and later from stora enso. Currently we import paper in rolls and in sheets from norske skog, stora enso and torraspapel and are the largest importers of newsprint paper in north and northeast brazil. Recently, our sister company tecpel has also started importing paper as well as office supplies. Tecpel is already the largest distributor of coated paper in north and northeast brazil.We are interested in developing other paper suppliers into brazil and woudl like to discuss business possibilities with you.
